- Cant get it to add to the official app. Keeps searching continuously.
- Managed to get it to connect to Google Home and also to HA using Meross HACS integration. But the Google Home app actually turns the device on/off, HA integration turns it off, but LED stays on.
- HA integration has power monitoring and stuff, but dont update based on the time interval that I set (5 sec).

you could look at some cheaper esphome based plugs too. maybe something like this
or if you get a zigbee coordinator and use zigbee devices there are some cheap and reasonably reliable options there too
