Hello, does it make sense to use four, single channel relay boards or something like a sonoff 4CH pro R3 to control 24vac solenoid valves? I was thinking the four singles because it would be easier to repair if/when a relay fails.

I’ve been running a 4CH Pro R3 for years now with my four 24VAC solenoid valve system for my lawn. It’s solid as a rock.

I am running 4CH relay board for 4 pcs 24VAC solenoids with ESP32 for 2 years. . There is another 4CH relay board for 230VAC for garage lights etc on the same ESP. No problems at all.
