#M5 Atom Lite Bluetooth Proxy

Hello.
I just received my M5 Atom LMite and installed it to be a bluetooth proxy. Setup via ESPHome site was fine, Wifi was set, it was added to Home Assistant, but now, the Led is OFF and I'm not sure if the device works fine.
Is there some configuration to be done in home assistant ?
Some specific yaml file to be created ?

Like there is no more LED, maybe there is a way to make it blink in case of error, something like that ?
