Hello all,

I have a Samsung TV and two integrations: Samsung smart TV - that is working - and smart things - that is unable to power on the TV.

How do I add my Samsung washing machine device to the integration smart things correctly? Adding "new device - smart things" only reconfigures the integration, which is already setup...

You need to add the washing machine to the SmartThings environment before the integration can pick it up. The SmartThings integration connects Home Assistant to Samsung smart device ecosystem, it doesn't connect to the individual devices. Follow the instructions provided by Samsung to add the WM to SmartThings and then, assuming that you have the integration set up correctly, it will appear in HA.

only need app to add washer to SmartThings, HA will pick it up in the ST integration.

I cannot even add the washer in smart things b/c of unsupported browser Vivaldi on smartphone
