I bought this device and included it via zha. It is reporting the temperature and the humidity but not the voc level or batterie level. I googled a lot and saw lots of github reports, but all seems to be closed without a solution. So I wanted to give it a shot here. I already tried several times to delete the device and bind it again. Also restarted home assistant several times. I am using the Sonoff ZBDongle-E. Did anybody had the same issues and could solve it? I wanted to use the device for creating an automation for my levoit air cleaner.
