Question for people using Z2M... is there a way to "freeze" the map? I switched to a Sonoff dongle from deCONZ and the Z2M map is essentially unusable. With deCONZ you could move nodes around and they would stay where you left 'em. Z2M's map is constantly bouncing all over making it impossible to keep track of a specific connection.
Or... am I using it wrong? User error? If so, how are you using it?

That is what happens when I move a node in the z2m map. It stays where I put it.
But I do agree the map needs work. The repulsion between nodes in not sufficient when you have a lot of devices, so it is impossible to see what is going on without dragging each and every node to a position you want.
I just end up turning off child or sibling or whatever I need to see. Probably just means I have too many devices. 😎
I'm going to try this later today: https://github.com/azuwis/zigbee2mqtt-networkmap
Oh! That's amazing. I guess with so many devices it wasn't previously obvious that a dot stays where you put it... especially when everything else bounces away from that spot. But now that I've spent a few minutes, the map is mostly back to useful. Thanks!
Unfortunately it does not remember where you placed things so as soon as you close the map all that is lost and you have to do it again next time.
