Hello, I recently updated my homeassistant which I have not done in a while. I am now having issues with Shelly. I know Shelly for HACS is no longer supported. I am trying to remove this and add the Shelly integration. Every time I try to do that I get a 500 Internal Server Error. I have no clue how to move on and regain access to my devices. Any help is appreciated!

have you tried deletomg the files for shelly for hacs from the custom_components directory and then restart home assistant
Nope, it says that folder is not empty and throws an error
[Errno 39] Directory not empty: '/homeassistant/custom_components/shelly'/homeassistant/custom_components/shelly
how are you trying to delete it?
three dots in the file editor and delete. is there a better way? I don't remember how to set up HACS. been forever
do you have a terminal addon installed?
cd /homeassistant/custom_components
rm -rf shelly
looks like it worked to me
yeah restart home assistant
will do. i'll check back in shortly
hopefully the stock shelly integration should pop up and find stuff
Agreed. I gotta run for now but will check in a bit later and tinker. Thank you for the help so far
Some devices came back but not all. When I try to click reconfigure it throws a 500 error. Is there a way to get rid of Shelly all together within the integrations tab? Not sure what the issue is
its probably confused and trying to use old entities
i would personally delete all the devices and readd them
probably failing because of the junk left behind
if some devices are not connecting it will show failed
Yeah I just deleted everything and added back. Getting an unsupported firmware error on a few of them. Might have to add them to the Shelly app to update?
Via the ip address right? Okay I'll give that a shot later
I don't either. Thanks for the help! I'll hopefully have luck getting these back in order
yeah, shelly stuff is fairly easy to get working
