Hi guys.Ive been usign HA for around a year, and Ive decided that I now want to build a wall mounted dashboard.  I have a little galaxy A9 tab on the wall ready.

So because the stock dashboards look truely awful, Id like to build a new one.

Now im fairly technical..... but im not a web developer.  I dont want to loose too many hours to this, so id like to choose a dashboard that;
Looks goodDoesnt need constant maintenanceWont take too long to initially setup (6-7 hours maybe)

In terms of what I want to display;
1 x Camera
5 Buttons that switch screens
A Spotify player
Time
Temperature

Ideally I love a simple look like the LCARS one...but I think thats going to be too complex for me.

Can anyone suggest an elegant solution that will strike the balance between looking good and not needing to go back to Uni to learn how to do it?

HA has become more and more user-friendly over the years and the UI has also become very attractive especially since Sections were introduced. It allows you to click together your own dashboard very quickly. If you then install an appealing theme such as Caule Theme Pack (->HACS), you should be happy with the requirements you mentioned. Anything else would mean that you would have to familiarise yourself more intensively with YAML. However, if you are not afraid of this hurdle, then take a closer look at Hacasa https://github.com/damianeickhoff/HaCasa. There is also a very active Discord channel.
