That's normal. If it was defined in yaml give it a unique id and then you will be able to manage it from the frontend.

I did check the entities, and it is actually duplicate:

Checked the mqtt device now, seems it's not the only sensor:

quite a few duplicates

trying to reconfigure it in z2m gives an error too

I removed the device from z2m, confirmed both duplicate and original entities where removed. Re added the device, got the same issue 🤔

nevermind, seems fined now. They have the same name now, but the entity ID is different
