HomeAssistant not sending new Hue devices over the Homekit bridge to Apple Home

I've got my network set up where my hue devices are all being managed by the hue integrated in HA, and when I initially set the system up, HA dutifully sent the lamps over to Homekit through the bridge so that Siri could control them. Now, I've added two new hue outlets to HA but they aren't being crossed over into Homekit. I haven't changed any settings in the default Hue setup. Is there a way to force HA to send these over?
