The untracked consumption is calculated from the difference between individual devices and the total grid one

I guess it's what in the Americas you call cooktop 😄

I think I found why, it's become some devices are not reporting a decimal value, so the value from the individual devices are more than the consumption creating a negative

now I need to fugure out why the device is not reporting the correct value in decimal

Seems the culprit devices are the Colorock CR-MNZ1

if its mqtt you should be able to simply add the math to the sensor or create a helper entity doing the division
