iOS repeatedly not being able to select sidebar items

Hi all I previously asked about this issue. That seemed to be solved at first. On IOS de ices I can not select any item in the sidebar. Pressing on any item does nothing. It happens both in de companion app and in the web browser.

It seemed to be resolved after my first question. After repeatedly de an re installing the app and for the browser clearing all history and cache the sidebar I was able to enter menu items again.

I thought that solved it and it may have been the odd thing but after a couple of days the same issue is back again. I tried on 3 iPhones and they all have the same problem.

I can not clear front end cache in the app since I can not enter the settings menu from the side bar

Any idea what could be causing this apparent cache problem?

Does the same happens on iOS Safari?

Also, swiping up using 3 fingers will give you the opportunity to open app settings as well

Yes the issue is the same if I log in with iOS safari. If I log in on my Mac app or safari with the same account there is no problem. Thank you for the 3 finger tip! I can now at least go in to setting.

Then your issue is unrelated to the app and something going on with your frontend

The app only displays the frontend in a webview

Hi, this issue is still persisting. The situation. Is now different. In the safari browser my sidebar works normal but in the app I can click on an item in the side bar but nothing happens.

I cleared front end cache, cleared entities, removed and re added server and also removed and re installed the app. But the issue persists.

Do you have any idea were I can begin to look on how to solve this?
