"Failed to start the Z-Wave add-on" error on initial setup

I have a new HA Yellow with CM5 and HAOS 15.2. I installed the Zooz 800 GPIO board.

I am trying to enable Z-Wave.

• If the Z-Wave JS server is running/started (via add-ons) and I try to enable the Z-Wave integration:
"Do you want to use the Z-Wave Supervisor add-on?" [Submit]
Z-Wave Failed to connect

• If the Z-Wave JS server is stopped and I try to enable the Z-Wave integration, I am prompted with the keys and USB device path; then "The Z-Wave add-on is starting.…Please wait while the Z-Wave add-on start completes. This may take some seconds." then it spins for several minutes and eventually fails. with "Z-Wave
Failed to start the Z-Wave add-on."

Are you sure ttyAMA10 is correct? Zooz instructions say ttyAMA0. Did you disable bluetooth? https://www.support.getzooz.com/kb/article/1215-zac93-800-gpio-module-installation-guide/

ttyAMA10 seems to be a debug UART.

For RPi5 might need a different config change. https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/z-wave/controllers/#raspberry-pi-5-procedure

The wrong TTY was indeed the problem. I also found those instructions and used ttyAMA0 succesfully.
