have you tried connecting by ip instead of the mdns name?

home assistant and esphome are different things.
although yes you can install esphome device builder as an addon on home assistant

Ahh that's why, i thought the esphome can be download at chrome addonn. How can i access or install home assistant? been searching video about it but can't find a tutorial how to start.

installation documentation is here the best way to install home assistant in a way that supports addons is with home assistant OS. which either needs dedicated hardware or a virtual machine

the app is a companion app. its a client which connects to your server...which you dont yet have

home assistant is a central smart home platform that you run as a server. this then connects to your smart devices. including those running esphome.

you can then access your server by webui and the companion apps

the home assistant addon is probably the easiest way to deal with esphome firmware config. most esphome guides are going to asssume you are running home assistant already

now you could technically run esphome builder independently of home assistant in a docker container and use a set up webui on each device to access it but you are in every way better off setting up home assistant and going from there
