As in, can I write an automation that will enable my bedroom lights if the remote is in the bedroom, and my living room lights if the remote is in the living room?
Am using Zigbee2MQTT so I know it has a map function showing the strength between each signal.

Those routes can change at any time, so while you should be able to get the LQI for a device, it's not useful information. You'll have no idea what it's routing through
