your best option is probably to create a backup. download it to another machine (ensuring you have to encryption key stored too).
then unplug the usb drive and perform a reset of the green. this will return it to out the box condition. then during the unboarding process you can upload the backup file and restore your data to the system which will be using the internal storage.
I also have paid for the nabu, can I replace it through there?
I already tried to do the reset, I did as in the video, I waited an hour and a half and nothing
if you have a backup uploaded to home assistant cloud then yes you can restore from that during the unboarding process. this option was added recently. theres an option to log in to retreive your backup during the onboarding process.
just be sure that you have the encryption key as you will need it to unlock the backup
when your ready you can just pull the power and usb drive then start at step 2
if this fails there is an option to reset using an SD card which you can try
I've tried but I don't know which file to put on the pen
pen?
ok thanks I'll see if I can still do it today if I can't I'll let you know ok?
Now a hug from Portugal
Good morning Is it possible to make a backup directly from Home Assistant to a pen drive?
