#Zigbee Dongle stopped working?

Last night my Zigbee dongle suddenly stopped working. I am not very technical so I am just trying to figure out of the dongle itself is broken and needs replacing.

I got the "SONOFF Universal Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus Gateway with Antenna for Home Assistant, IoBroker, Zigbee2MQTT" from amazon November 2023 and from what I remember, it was pretty much plug and play. I am now getting this error message attached.

Reading the documentation for setting up Zigbee I found this line "A list of available device paths can be found in Settings > System > Hardware > dot menu > All Hardware." but when I check this page I cannot see the device path that it clearly required as per the error message.

I am running HA via a VM in Unraid, but nothing has changed there and it still shows up. Screenshot of that attached too.

So yeah, do I just need to buy a new dongle or is it perhaps something else?

I would start with unplugging and plugging in the stick, rebooting the VM, rebooting the Unraid host system or trying another USB port before buying anything.
