Hello
I get a problem with my cloud link.
On my HA instance, it is said "active user, you'll be charged on March 25 2025". We are on April 11 now.
On my Nabu Casa account: 'You are subscribed to Home Assistant Cloud. We will charge your mastercard card ending at xxx for 7,50 € on April 25th, 2025.'

And my instance is not connected to cloud anymore :/

I did reset cloud data, reboot and relogin, but same result.
Can you do something about that?

This indicates that the last invoice is unpaid.

Actually i can't open a ticket. There is a red Zendesk banner saying there is a problem

thanks, I tested submitting one and it works here and I just received my own ticket. Any network issues on your side?
