I was looking for a fan for the bathroom and found this one:

Tuya integrates the device correctly and without any problems. But the integration of Tuya in Home Assistant only recognizes it as a lamp:

in general Tuya WIFI stuff gives problems. best to avoid in future if you can
however to the question at hand:
the Tuya integration has a limited compatability list. you could try using "Local Tuya" on HACS. you may have more luck with that.

Of course I also tried Tuya local. However, the device then only has a “Child protection” button.
