#EmberZNet Zigbee 7.4.4.1 Update Failed and now Yellow's Zigbee Radio is Down

Hi, I just downloaded EmberZNet Zigbee 7.4.4.1 and something has failed and my Zigbee radio is down on Home Assistant Yellow with errors in the logs.

I don't think the install finished because I still have a message telling me an update is available but if I try to execute it says "Failed to perform the action update/install. Failed to flash firmware"

How can I go about fixing my Zigbee Radio on Yellow?

I'll happily restore my Home Assistant if that will fix the issue, I just doubt it will. Please tell me if a restore will fix my Zigbee radio. Logs attached.

You can revive the radio with the following steps:

  • Deactivate ZHA on the integrations Page
  • Install the Silicon Labs Flasher add-on
  • Go to the add-on's settings, set it to /dev/ttyAMA1 and save the changes
  • Start the add-on and observe the progress on the logs page (it should finish with code 0)
  • When it is finished and the add-on stopped: reactivate ZHA on the integrations page
