#Which adapter? SLZB-06 variations

I currently have the HA ZBT zigbee dongle and HAOS on a laptop & several zigbee devices are constantly dropping off. I was looking at adding the SLZB-06, however; there's 4 variations of it & I don't know which to get. Can anyone clarify and/or let me know your experience with it?

@marsh isle I'm using the SLZB-06M with 7 Zigbee devices and have never had a problem with it. I have mine setup for ZHA.

It's CC26* based. It doesn't need to be listed.

Since I've already got the ZBT-1 directly connected to HAOS laptop, would I be able to use the SLZB as a type of zigbee repeater to extend the signal? Or would this act more as a 2nd dongle/hub for zigbee devices? (i.e. I wouldn't need to unpair devices from ZBT & pair to SLZB.)

You can do both depending on firmware but that's kind of a waste. Just buy a power plug for routing purposes.

A power plug?

Yep. Most mains powered devices act as routers.

Most of my devices are battery powered. (light switches, leak sensors, motion sensors.)

You should get something like this then to have a proper mesh.

Wait, just thought of something... What about Hue bulbs (on the main floor)? I have them on a hue bridge -- would the bulbs act as routers? I'm tired of playing hide-n-seek with zigbee switches in the basement. LOL

Yep.
