I cant seem to get my Lumus 2k connected to the HA app even though it automatically detects the IP, and its working in the reolink app. I cant seem to find solid info on if this specific model even supports RTSP. (some forums say it doesnt, some reviews say it does) Can someone provide clearification?

I don't have any advanced options, just this

#

oon the desktop app I found this, but based on my reading, port9000 means this camera basically only uses Reolink Proprietary protocols

sadly looks like it may just not have the functionality

#

maybe you might be best of returning and getting a different model?

#

i have an "E1 Outdoor Pro" if thats any help to you

I guess add the Lumus to the exception of HA compatible ReoLink cams. sucks since this one was reasonably priced for the basic needs i have. The others that specifically said RTSP in the description were way more expensive
can return easily since it was from amazon, just a letdown

yeah its a pain when you feel something should work and you find out you have the random one that doesnt

I have this camera too.. but am experiencing something strange.. I had one at the front of my house.. and it wouldn't stream.. so was having to use neolink... then one day (am guessing after an update) it suddenly started working with rtsp (this is in the last month or so)... so..great!!.. I bought another one for my garden.. they are identical... on the same firmware.. and the new one just refuses to stream... I have no idea why... so I have one working directly in frigate.. and the other one having to go through neolink.. it's annoying... lol
