Going to decomm my current HA VM on a Windows PC (Vmware) and will be switching to Unraid. It served me well for 1 year!
I read that the Z2M,MQTT, etc add-ons are just docker inside of HAOS.
On my Unraid, I still plan to use HA as a VM instance but was thinking of having Z2M, ZwaveJSui, and MQTT to just be unraid dockers instead of installing them as HA add-ons.
With this upgrade/switch, I will be changing my USB zigbee dongle with smlight slzb-06 POE. My zwave usb dongle will be the same one.
Any though of going the docker route on some of the add-ons?
What are the pros/cons of doing this?

Imo, Z2M is hard to switch to a standalone container - one of the reasons I'm still using HAOS but having most of the other services (except z2m) as standalone containers. Prove me wrong and i'll happily switch toHA as docker as well.

I honestly think having Z2M only separated but I was thinking if I do that, I should also do at the very least MQTT standalone as well

so I was thinking the opposite of you did

Why is Z2M hard to be standalone? Just wondering because if that is the case .. Ill keep it as an Addon
