Hello, I have some Tapo P115 plugs using TP-Link Smart Home. This one plug, and other plugs at first would not accept authentication unless password reset done. Now I am adding additional plugs and it doesn't take the auth. Any ideas? Thanks!!

this is the 2nd time this has popped up this week. it looks like tplink are locking them down a lot more by default.
for future i would suggest buying something else (personally I suggest shelly)

there is someone that seem to have gotten stuff working here:
https://github.com/python-kasa/python-kasa/issues/1353#issuecomment-2686035835
possible solutions was also added to the documentation here:

ahh bummer, yeah I ended up resetting password again and it seemed to work. I got a repair popup in HA settings for a different device, put the reset email/pass in there, it took it for one, for other devices in repair it said 'invalid flow specified' when trying to run repair.

I restarted HA, and all devices seem to work
