I have a Konnected garage door opener as an integration. I'm on Android and I have a Widget set to open and another to close the garage door. I'm having an issue where I get random errors when trying to open or close the garage. I get any of the following errors at any given time:
- Error Authenticating: Is an authentication method misconfigured?
- Unable to send action
It's either or on those two errors. The first error seems like it cannot authenticate me. I have it set to prompt for my phone's biometic/passcode to open the garage. Sometimes it's a hit or miss. When that happens, I would expect to at least prompt me for my passcode. The phone is a Google Pixel 9. The phone has face recognition with fingerprint and passcode as a fallback.
For the second error, it occurs when my phone is not on WiFi. For example, if I leave my home and I'm on the driveway, if my phone disconnects from my home's wifi, I get the "Unable to send action" error. It's as if Nabu configuration isn't allowing me to send the action when on LTE. Though everything else works remotely. If I go into Home Assistant directly, it works. The widget just seems to fail
