Howdy all, I have a beelink minipc that I imaged with the HAOS 15 image. It boots and the ip address, etc shows up. I can ping the box but I cannot get to the HA web page via direct ip or the homeassistant.local
Any help is appreciated. It's bare metal so no firewalls, etc.

are you able to plug a monitor into the system and see if there is any errors showing on the CLI?
as an FYI, a lot of people running haos on mini pc's run proxmox then run HAOS on top of that. allows for more flexibility of the pc if they want to run something alongside HA on it

As for the issue. Can you enter login and then run these
ss -lntp
ha core logs -v
ha supervisor logs -v
ha network info
Did you use port 8123?

this pc will ONLY run HAOS and nothing else. I was double duty with another box but that was a problem so now this is dedicated...and way overpowered 🙂
