For a while now I've been waiting for this feature to be introduced to the HA Voice, and I see this note, update it and I still don't seem to have the option to use it with this device. It claims Entity assist_satellite.office_ha_voice_assist_satellite does not support action assist_satellite.start_conversation.

The update claims that it should support it. I'm on the HA Version it claims it needs and even verified I'm on the latest build, even without beta, though I have since enabled beta but no updates are pending.

capability is on the device but its not in HA yet

hopefully it will be in 2025.4 but i am in no position to claim it will be

although I think its on the DEV branch. if you switch to running nightly it may work...

Just realised I'm on 2025.3.4 and not 2025.4.3. lol

I misread it, guess I'm waiting for the 2025.4 beta.

yeah waiting for 2025.4 is the best option. its not long now anyway (where does the time go....)

Just got the update. Sadly it seems like maybe my custom conversation agent might not support the additional system prompt so it just hears my response and has no idea what to do with it. lol

Missed that Voice PE got the feature from 25.3.1+, need to figure out how to install the pre-release firmware.

There is a disabled entity under Configuration. Enable it, turn it on, update, update HA to 2025.4b and you're golden. It works really well
