Recent round of updates have rendered my entire Matter/Thread devices list inoperable. I thought I had things set not to auto update, and the backups on updates don't seem to be on by default, so I'm kinda up a creak right now.
Would love some assistance in how to rectify the situation.
I'm using the Skyconnect/ZBT-1 dongle in Matter/Thread only mode.
The only Matter device that is working is the single wifi based wall wart switch from Legrand my Wife bought. All the thread based devices are unreachable.

I was able to roll back to OTBR 2.12.1 and Matter Server 6.6.1 and things are slowly coming back online.
That wifi matter wall wart has disappeared, however. I can re-add that.

I hear ya - just hard to shell out cash for things like the shades and have it not be on the latest stuff for me.
I just didn't expect things to break so often.

Thanks the gods it was easy enough to roll back to the older versions. Now I wonder which one was the culprit.

If im multiple versions behind, is there a way to selective pick where to jump to, instead of going to the latest?

Yes. Kinda. You can select a specific version at install. But I don't think you can for upgrade.

No, and there must be something else going on in your setup because i jump to latest version immediately and i don't see these problems on my zbt-1 based setup

I don't know what could be "going on". I'm super vanilla when it comes to this HA setup. No wild custom stuff. Just an of SkyConnect for thread only.
Updating to latest + the HA os and server updates has made it so i wake up late and in the dark, so rolling back I go.

Yup - rolled back and rebooted server and its all back to normal.

That sucks, because there are some dot releases I missed out on and the only option to update is to latest, which breaks everything. So I can't even do testing to find the latest stable release.
