#Smartthings Broken after updating to 2023.3.x

Hi I am getting an error that I need to reauthentiate my ST. But when I click "Ok" or go into the integration it says I need the default config.

How do I go about fixing this?

if your upgrading from pre-2025.3 then smartthings has been totally rewritten so you may need to reset things up to some extent

i would suggest that you remove the integration that has old config stuff then readd it which should allow you to log into your samsung account and use the new setup

Hmm. I tried that. But I'll give it another go and do a hard reboot

not sure why would have default_config removed but it seems you have

somewhere inside (usually right up the top) you should have

default_config:

perhaps by accident somehow. although you are not the first person i have seen with a simalar thing.

either way slap it back in and restart HA and you should be back in business
