In the companion app under the apple watch configuration, I have tried to delete an iOS legacy action item as well as add a new iOS legacy action and a script. However on the apple watch itself, the items don't update when I click the reload button. The deleted iOS legacy action item no longer has an associated icon, but it remains listed. The new items are not added.

Try to force close the HA app on your watch and iPhone, then open both again at the same time.
To force and close an app on the watch:
- Open the app
- Press and hold the power button
- After you see the menu with options, press and hold the Digital Crown

I didn’t know you could force close like that on the watch. Neat.
But that did not seem to fix the issue

This is a screenshot of the watch. In the configuration on iPhone, all of those items are now scripts. On the watch they are all the old iOS legacy actions still.

Meanwhile try to delete the watch app and install it again

Sent logs to your DM. Deleting the watch app and reinstalling seems to have fixed it

I used the delete and re-added the app to get the dashboard, but I cannot make the reload or Assist buttons available. I can see them when pulling down on the screen, but cannot access them.
