Hey,
I learned about the rebirth of the pebble smartwatch.

https://www.repebble.com/

The new models come with a mic and a speaker and claim 30 days battery life (well, definitely shorter if mic and speakers get used a lot). Wouldn't that be a nice way to connect to home assistants voice assistant?
Even more nice, the original OS of the pebbles ended up in googles hand and some enthusiasts and google went all the way down, to convince google to release it as open source recently.

Thus, the watch could be potentially tailored to work perfect with home assistant. Maybe even without a smartwatch via Bluetooth.

DISCLAMER: Not affiliated in any way. Just being a Pebble user in the old days.

Eight years later, you still can't beat a Pebble
