#Can't reach my brand new HA Green even after manual reset

Hi all, I just received my brand new HA green. I am new to Home Assistant, I just heard about it 2 weeks ago after looking for home automations.

I connected it to my switch which has internet with a Ethernet and also to power. Then, the white led is constant. The green and yellow are blinking.

Then, I installed the app on my tablet but I can't find it. I also tried with the url and do not work too.

Then, I tried to access it directly from browser with all the urls I found on the web. Still can't find it.

I finally found a post from a guy that have the same problem. Someone advices to reset it so I also did it. I turn it off (6sec holding), and I unplug the power cable. Then, I push the button, and I plug the power cable. I think, at this step, the yellow light must be constant but it always blinks and I don't find the hardware within the app, neither with the browser.

I did not try the reset with sd card because i don't have it.

I thought it would be easy as it says on the description "just plug it and use" but it seems I have to buy a MicroSD and do more steps?

Could you help me, please?
