Control Windows PS with IKEA PARASOLL?

Hello,
maybe this is pushing it... maybe not.

Can Windows PC be integrated into HA and controlled in IF/THEN manner?
For example, if I close my door that has PARASOLL sensor (i'm leaving my home), then my PC will lock (and maybe turn off speakers using Fingerbot/Smart Powerplug)
