- have you checked ZHA/device handlers on GitHub or checked the forums to see if there's a known issue
- have you tried manually finding/changing the setting in device clusters

The issue seams to be the HA Invert switch itself. If I hold the switch icon a full screen toggle appears which I can set to ON. Even if upon exit the switch is still off the setting is saved and it works as expected

Are these Kadrilj or Fyrtur? I found that after pairing, waking it up and clicking Reconfigure helps to set it up properly in ZHA.

Fyrtur. It works in the inverted state, so I left it like that
