Just what it says. i looked at the inovelli ones, but they require a separately purchased bypass circuit to be installed at the fixture. At that point, I'd just use a zbminil2 at the fixture, but was wanting an actual switch, as getting to the fixture itself is a bit difficult.

no neutral devices are pretty limited because they are low power oweing to the way they get it. you may find it difficult to find one with these kind of features. you are better off trying to get something behind the fixture where you have a neutral although i get that it may come with its own problems
