#After a new release of intents repo, how does HA get to use it?

I am trying to solve an issue https://github.com/home-assistant/intents/issues/2988 and got my PR merged and is in the latest release. But I don't see bumps of intents on HA release notes. What the user needs to bump the version of intents?
