I have had Z2M for almost 2 years, but lately, some of the devices are functioning with huge delays or have problems recognizing the updated state.

For example - my shower motion sensor used to turn on the light as soon as it detect some movement, now when you approach the room and you see the sensors turn red (detected something) it takes about 15-20 seconds to turn on the light for some reason.

another example that lately happens, my main door sensor does not always recognize that the door is closed.

also, some of my wireless remotes which I have dozens of around the house have some significant delays now.

I think it has something to do with the recent updates to HA or something wrong with my Zigbee network that's why I need your help.
When I go to the Zigbee Map, while it loads I do get this error message for some devices 'z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'Heater Shower'', although they are working.
I also see on the map that some devices are randomly not connected to anything (not line links appear), and If I go back to the map one hour later they are connected...

It looks like your mesh is unhappy.

What did caused that? It was fine not long time ago.

Also make sure none of your routing devices ever get powered off from mains. That messes up your mesh. You might have a device that has become defective and is doing that. You might have a WIFI channel interfereing on the channel you chose. You might have a bigger network than your current coordinator can deal with. It's all a bit of magic sometimes, no real data to go on usually.

The map maybe. There's no real data that I know of, unfortunately. Maybe watch the log to see something that looks unusual.

I will try to add dongle extenders instead of the ones I already own.. maybe it will do the trick.

Did you change anything in your environment recently? Eg. Added new wifi APs, or tried to add a new ZigBee device? I recently also had mysterious issues with my ZigBee net, apparently caused by some incomplete join process.
