Installed Companion app on new phone. HA seems to have updated the Model number in the device description. The old device has been factory reset and turned off. Both new and old devices are still present in HA. Notifications sent to the OLD device are received by the new device. It seems like odd behavior and I'm curious for the reason.
New device is SM-S938U. As you can see the old device (SM-S906U) has an updated model number. No entity updates that can I see on the old device (as expected). Just entity updates from the new device. I realized 2 days after migrating to the new phone that notifications sent to the old device were still coming though. I'm just curious on why that would happen.
