humble gyro

I've setup versatile thermostat at our office https://github.com/jmcollin78/versatile_thermostat
vtherm says that power percent and valve open is 100%
as seen in the image.
In the other image you can see that the actual TRV is 0% open.
I'm unsure why this happens as I have a nearly identical setup at home that works flawlessly.
A colleague suggested there might be too many zigbee devices on the controller?
There are 12 TRV's, 3 thermometers for external temp and 4 smart plugs for routing.
I'd assume that should be fine?
If anyone has ideas I'm all ears.
