#Playback of TTS only works 10% of the time on VPE

Can someone help me debug this? I ask VPE a question, and the debug log shows it understood and tried to respond perfectly, and then I click "play audio" from the debug section from my phone, it works, but I have to ask VPE like 10 times before it responds

For some more data, I just tried playing "testing 1" through "testing 20" one after the other using the announce action, and only one of them worked

Then I just tried the announce action with a different message and it worked on the 18th attempt

And to top it off, I just used the announce action 5 times in a row with unique messages each time, and it worked every time... What is going on...

Sounds like maybe something broke in the tts cache, maybe try calling the tts cache clear from dev tools?

Hmm maybe something with wifi connectivity? Are you using cloud or piper?

Using cloud. Am I correct in thinking that pressing "play audio" in the debug screen plays the actual file that TTS generated? If so, it works every time on mobile, so it seems that it is just VPE that has trouble playing it

I have two more VPEs arriving tomorrow, so I will do some testing with all three to gather more data
