I've got a little Gardena watering set (https://www.gardena.com/int/products/watering/holiday-watering/holiday-watering-set/970548801.html). There's a timer in the PSU/transformer (input is 220-240V AC; output is 14V 2A), so it's on for 1 minute each day, but it's not a smart timer or anything (part is https://www.gardena.com/int/products/spareparts/trafo-with-timer/589596701.html). Would it be reasonable to perhaps get another transformer (same rating) without this, and plug it into a smart plug so it's configurable by some macro {turn on, wait 1 minute, turn off}? Have seen some HA stuff on Gardena - but only on the smarter (smart home) stuff.
