Hi All, do the switchbot ir devices registered in the switchbot hub get exposed to HA?

Some.

IR appliances exposed through the different hubs:

ON/OFF for all appliance types excepted “Others”

Air Conditioner

It qualifies as "Others" if you chose "Others" in the SwitchBot app.
And for everything else you only get on and off - only airconditioners get more.

I think so.

#

For more complex stuff, a Broadlink RM4 Mini or Pro has more flexibility. But is also more complex to set up.

You train the IR codes in HA itself and not in the app.
