Looking for thoughts. Something I have noticed is the amount of CPU and GPU Frigate uses compaired to Agent DVR with progject.ai running with it. It's almost night and day. I will have 3 plex streams playing and Frigate with AI detection on and it would average about 75% cpu. Agent DVR with project.ai and 3 streams is sitting at average 20-25%.. What the heck. both are set up to use the intel quick sync GPU.

This likely indicates an issue in the Frigate config, no way to help without that and screenshots of the system metrics

Here are is the config (i just started it up to play with it some and still new to stuff like this), also a copy of the logs. Don't mind the timestamp errors.

Alos a screenshot of the system stats. I'm almost positive that it is using the GPU. I do see activity on it.

Do I need to have the detector under each camera? When I have it, one camera doesn't work, I remove it and it comes back.

No, you can (should?) have them globally for all cameras
