Hello,
I'm looking for an option to change the default dashboard to one of my dashboards and not the "Overview" Dashboard. I was able to find the option to make my Dashboard as default for the current device, but these settings works only for a few days, once the Cookie is deleted, it always switch back to the "Overview" dashboard. I Don't want to delete this dashboard. Can you help me, where to configure the default dashboard globally? Thanks.

Okay, thank you. I did not beleve that such a Application like Home Assistant is not able to change this simple setting even somewhere in the config files. Strange, but then i have to live with it.

You could use custom-sidebar to do what you want, change any menu item, and also set those for individual users. It's a bit of getting used to the power options, but start simple and then build that. It's a great tool

yes, otoh, core Home Assistant will never be that flexible so picking a few well designed custm cards can be really helpful. be selective though 😉

It's a good start, but it's barely containing anything by default - for example this custom-sidebar is missing.
