I don't know what I have done but about everything else works fine?
I click it and it doesn't do anything?
If I do it on my phone it will pop up but nothing works like chat or voice assist.
Help???

Did you check home Assistant core logs for errors? Debug assist pipeline, and make sure assist pipeline is ok? If you are using add-ons like piper or faster whisper did you check their logs and make sure they are ok? 🙂
