Hello,

Although the representation of the roller shutter in the more-info section is completely logical, with the handle on top, the new option of the tile card that allows the display of a horizontal slider seems reversed in its logic.

When my roller shutter is fully open at 100%, the slider is on the left, and on the right when it is closed at 0%.

When the roller shutter is open at 100%, the slider handle should be positioned on the right rather than on the left to maintain graphical consistency with other sliders, such as those for lights.

Is it possible to add an option to the interface to allow reversing the slider direction?

Thanks 🙂

it feels a bit messy as a solution though to be fair

Is this due to a specific configuration of my cover entity, or is this display the same for everyone?

what card is it your using?

whilst i havent used covers/shutters myself, i get the feeling it is probably a choice in how the card displays a cover slider. perhaps you could say its a regular input select and still point it at the right entity, or use another card type that displays differently.
it seems strange but does seem like it was a deliberate choice somewhere

This was discussed pretty heavily during the original implementation

To summarize: it's probably not going to change or get an option.
