Hunter Douglas PowerView integration has weird controls for duette-shades with TDBU

2 weeks ago I added Hunter Douglas PowerView integration to my smart home. I own 5 duette-shades with tdbu. The controls for these devices are just plain weird. I can't wrap my head around them, let alone explain them to my wife or children. Has ony-one the same experience? And maybe is there a way to create custom controls?

I have the same experience and don't know how to solve it. Movements are illogical.
