#Suggestion for some sensors

I'm hoping to get some suggestions for sensors to automate a few things. I'm fine with AliExpress for items but given the US tariffs I'd prefer Amazon or another US based shop.

Wifi is ok but prefer zigbee if possible.

Motion sensor: helping determine when washer/dryer/dishwasher are done and notify me

Water sensor: dish/clothes washer, under sinks.

Zigbee repeater: not a sensor but I have seen a few people talk about getting zigbee repeater like the one linked below. Is this a good option or are there better? The idea is that I have a strong signal point at the opposite end of the house or the garage. I do have some zigbee bulbs but it seems like these add another base hub that's the same as the main radio plugged into my home assistant box. I use the aqara vibration sensor to determine when my dishwasher is done. It also has a tilt sensor in it, it's not exposed to zha but default but you can make a sensor for it with a few steps. I use the tilt sensor to help determine if the door is open or closed.

You don't need a zigbee "repeater", as you build out your network, most of the mains power devices will act as a routor, enhancing your mesh Network. If your network is too sparse, most zigbee plugs and light bulbs act as routers

For a leak sensor, the aqara leak sensor is affordable, can't really comment on how good it is

oh i didnt know about the tilt sensor. good for the dishwasher to test if its been opened.

yea i have few wall smart plugs. i do have bulbs but theyre all in the kitchen and entry. i need to get more into the back of the house

Why not use an energy plug for the washing machine?

i do have a few but they are all allocated at the moment. i wanted to try and use this as one method, mainly because i want to try it. also since the best deals on the plugs are usually when you buy 4+ of them im waiting until i need a couple more to get another set. so i figure at that point i wouldnt hurt to have 2 points of data to tell me if the washer is done.
