How do i configure each dashboard for each type of stats/showcase?
Like in the media players, i only want plex, spotify and so on to be listed with their stats/graphs, but can't seem to find out how to remove what's not wanted there.

I'm assuming you went to Settings > Dashboards > Add Dashboard button and then selected Default Dashboard. Which populated some stuff into the dashboard.
You see this but then can't do much other than what is shown.
You wanna click the three dots in the upper right and choose Take Control. You can then choose to Take Control as it is or start with an empty dashboard (which is the same as New dashboard from scratch shown in the first screenshot.)
