#delete integration

Reviewing HA community and discord, I cannot find a way that works today to remove an integration. Many posts say click on the three dots beside the integration and then select delete. My HA is up to date and clicking on the three dots for me only offers one option -- to see the integration documentation.

Unfortunately, using the information in the TP Liink integration for removing the integration doesn't work either.

Can someone tell me how I can remove the TP link integration? It looks as though I could delete every device and then maybe I'd get an option to remove the integration. But I'm afraid to do that because I'm actually controlling these devices using Matter and TP link integration is duplicating devices in my HA. Thus the reason I want TP Link to go away.

Thanks.

If you are on the integrations page, click on the integration's logo, not the blue text below. You should see a page with a list of configurations of that integration. Each should have a dotsvertical besides it. In that menu you can find the delete option.

I'm not quite getting the screen you shared. If you're saying that I click on the three dots besides each device, I do see the option to delete the device. But when I delete all those devices does that delete the integration?

Yes.

hmmm. that's tedious. but ok.

thanks.

wait. one second. If by deleting the device under tplink will it delete the same physical switch and it's device used in matter? if so, I will accomplish nothing because I'll have to add back all the matter devices. right?

That should be seperate intergrations.

freakin tplink is adding them back as fast as I can delete them. calling them out as "discovered"

Just ignore them.
